Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose)

Contraindications and Cautions

If you have any neck problems, don't turn your head to look upward; continue looking straight ahead and keep both sides of the neck evenly long.

  • Low blood pressure
  • Diarrhea
  • Insomnia
