"Frank Forencich of Exuberant Animal was one of the really early influential thinkers on applying the evolutionary paleo perspective to movement practice, one of the first great play advocates and great author."

-- Rafe Kelly (who also has a brilliant perspective on human movement)

Rafe Kelly

Rafe's philosophy on movement really resonates with me and his the work he does in his community to implement that philosophy is really inspiring. Take a listen and check out his blog EvolveMovePlay, where he posts LOADS of great movement inspiration from all sorts of sources.
