Try not to think of yoga as bricks and mortar, a monument to be preserved, but as something in the course of it's own evolution - and don't hold back from contributing to that evolution!

Anatomy Leggings

I'm a big fan of wearing leggings to teach in, it helps students if they can see what I'm talking about...would these be a bit too much? : )
From what i can tell they are anatomically accurate...
