Smoothie






















This smoothie takes no time at all, I managed it in about 2 minutes...except it didn't quiet look like the picture above. Tasted lovely though!

2 tbsp cocoa nibs (available at health food stores)
250ml milk
250g Greek Yoghurt
Seeds of 1/2 Madagascan vanilla pod, or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp clear honey

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until the cocoa nibs have been ground to small pieces. Simple!
