needed: x1 blanket, x1 bolster (or blankets rolled into a bolster)

Supta Sukhasana 

Parshva Bharadwajasana

Downward facing corpse pose

Balasana 

Virasana (on edge of bolster)

Adho Mukha Svanasana - Uttanasana - Adho Mukha Svanasana 

Savasana
