Grounding
All posture work should be preceded by a sense of grounding so that we don't carry tension and previously held patterns into our practice. A slow but fruitful practice!
Posture work is a constant investigation into ways to maintain the integrity of a movement without accumulating tension.
Tension = unnecessary effort put into an action.
