We experience our bodies as an integrated whole and yoga helps us to experience that whole moment by moment. With practice we can wake up to the details of that experience and become interested in the way we feel and respond to different shapes, movement, patterns and the emotions that arise as a result.
We may even find that as we learn to inhabit our bodies more fully we become more fully conscious of ourselves in every aspect of life. FREEDOM.
